Send Us Research on the Effectiveness of Federal STEM Programs

As the federal government grapples with how to address the $1.5 trillion federal deficit, the Coalition is trying to collect reports, studies, and articles addressing how federal STEM programs are measuring their effectiveness.  If you know of any such resources, please post links to them or references here.  No anecdotes please, we need hard data wherever possible.
