NSBE Joins Leadership Council

February 11:  We are pleased to announce that the National Society of Black Engineers, or NSBE, has joined the STEM Education Coalition’s Leadership Council.   Based in Virgina, NSBE is an organization dedicated to increasing the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community. Since its founding in 1975, NSBE has expanded to include more than 394 College, Pre-College, and Technical Professional/Alumni chapters in the United States and abroad. Its 30,000 members make it one of the largest student-governed organizations in the country. NSBE is active in connecting Black engineering students with academic, professional, and development opportunities, and you can see more of their work in the STEM education space here.
